We asked—and now it's time to act. The survey was a bit like that famous (misquoted) Ford line: "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said a faster horse." Instead, we got two clear messages:

😈 The Bad

➡️ Community growth was better at the tail end of the month, but it still needs to grow more so that more founders are energising and helping each other.

🤢 The Ugly

Relentless execution is always so F*^$” hard—no matter how many times you've done it before. It never gets easier, just different. Every new startup, every challenge, every iteration throws up fresh problems that don’t care how experienced you are. Sure, experience helps—many problems have patterns—but each one still demands a here and now first principles mindset, not just lazy pattern recognition. The to-do list is endless, uncertainty is constant, and most of what you’re building exists only as an idea and a loose plan—one that will evolve with every move. That’s the brutal reality.

And that’s why so many people get stuck in the idea stage. Talking is easy. Planning feels productive. But real progress? That happens in the grind—testing, fixing, selling, iterating. It’s chaotic, frustrating, and exhausting—but there’s no way around it. Execution isn’t just part of the job—it is the job. Everything else is fluff and noise.
