I hope you all had a fantastic week and are making great moves. It was an up and down week here at Fusion-42. Here’s the 😇 Good, 😈 Bad and the 🤢 Ugly so we can all learn together.
😇 The Good
➡️ Our first Startup Pitch session was fire, 4 great startups, lots of questions and alot of super positive networking done. Plus one of the best opening tracks to start any pitchevent, like ever… 😀

✅ Get into a Pitch Kung Fu session— we practise because we pitch. Sharpen your delivery, refine your message, and gain the confidence to stand out.
✅ Top pitchers will be invited to our monthly ⚡️ FUSED ⚡️ Pitch Nights, where you'll Pitch live to selected investors with cash to invest.
😈 The Bad
We got a few (like 5 😔) more survey results about your Telegram community, and it is great to be able to get some clarity from you and dig into making the journey clearer and better. BUT BUT, we need way way more so please find a couple of minutes to give your feedback here.
The relentless task of problem / product fit and iterating can sometimes make you feel like saying F*** it, but before hardcoding anything it has to be done, if that makes it take longer, then so be it, speed is great but VELOCITY is GOLD.

Data is great until you have to sort it out 🤷🏼♂️ and do stuff with it….😀 then it is a rabbit hole of if that and this or this and that then this or that and that and this or not 🤯

The Good
Peer Power: Members love the open, supportive environment and value practical advice that feels like an ‘MBA in a day’.
Pitching Edge: Zero-equity pitch-training and real-time feedback help founders refine decks without strings attached.
Wide Network: Experienced voices, from investors to seasoned entrepreneurs, foster connections and potential collaborations.
The Bad
Noise Overload: The sheer volume of messages—often spanning multiple verticals—buries key insights and discourages engagement.
Time & Focus: Busy schedules and juggling too many groups mean some only dip in when they have a spare moment.
Confidence Barrier: A few members worry about whether their input will be appreciated or if they’re ‘savvy enough’ to add value.
The Ugly
Investor Silence: There are investors present, but many rarely engage, limiting potential funding conversations.
Slow Capital Flow: Limited cash for early-stage ventures stalls momentum and dampens innovation, especially in certain regions.
Fragmentation: Without tighter group structure—perhaps by sector—discussion can feel unmanageable, making it tougher for people to find and share the right expertise.
