I have always found the generic advice on this a total contradiction to the overarching advice of keep it short. I mean seriously, tell the story or compile a massive list. All generic blah and I just donβt find it the right steer at all. What is the object of this slide for early stage founders and how do we get this across to investors.

In the early stages, the team slide is really important because concrete data is limited and it's truly all about you. While some debate including advisors or investors, you should, but only feature them if they genuinely enhance your narrative, not just merely for appearances.
