  • Europe (25 %) – Early-stage and family-business growth funds, driven by CEE resilience and Gen Z–led venture pushes.

  • Asia-Pacific (20 %) – Biotech and healthcare in China, alongside pan-regional tech bets from India to Southeast Asia.

AI & Software (35 % of funds by $)

Investors are backing AI-first platforms, developer tools and enterprise software with scalable network effects.

Healthcare & Biotech (15 %)

Substantial backing for AI-driven drug discovery and university spin-outs commercialising research.

Climate & Sustainability (10 %)

Funds target nature-based solutions, energy tech and circular-economy plays in emerging markets.

Fintech (10 %)

Cross-border payments, embedded finance and crypto-native infrastructure are key focus areas.

Other Sectors (30 %) include consumer tech, edtech, logistics, sports franchises and social-media-powered distribution.

Early Stage — 67 % of new funds (12 of 18)

Primarily pre-seed to Series A vehicles supporting digital entrepreneurship and deep-tech validation.

Growth Stage — 22 % of new funds (4 of 18)

Mid- to late-stage funds targeting proven business models in private equity, debt and sports media.
