The build is too slow, and releases aren’t happening as per your own advice—this needs fixing.
Fusion42 may be a startup, but it’s backed by deep experience. The founding team has more data points than most startups ever acquire, carefully selected to avoid common pitfalls. Too many founders get lost in planning the dream instead of doing the work. The real strategy emerges from action, not endless discussions. If you’re still in the vision stage, ask yourself:

If the answer isn’t a resounding yes, you already know what needs to happen next. Get to work.
